Sudah beberapa hari ini banyak keluhan dari pengguna PayPal kalau mereka tidak bisa send money lewat PayPal. Ada yang mau bayar fee eBay malah gagal. Kalau aku sendiri mau bayar ke supplier tetapi tidak bisa.
Dilain pihak, kalau orang lain selain Indonesia send payment ke aku atau ke supplierku menggunakan balance PayPal berhasil.
Oh ya, error yang aku dapatkan seperti ini.

Pesan error tersebut berbunyi:

Lalu aku mengirim email ke CSnya PayPal, dan hasilnya tidak begitu membantu. Karena ternyata ada beberapa saran dari CS PayPal lainnya yang intinya CSnya pun juga bingung. Emailku malah dibalas template email. Gimana sih nih PayPal, sistemnya kok error gini, bahkan CSnya pun nggak bisa bantu.

Akhirnya beberapa orang di forum eBay – PayPal Indonesia melakukan try and error menyelesaikan masalah ini. Salah satu hasil yang didapat adalah dengan melakukan remove VCC dan alhamdulillah masalah selesai, bisa bayar invoice, send payment, dll
Tapiaku tidak tahu apa efek samping dari VCC diremove ini, apakah nantinya dikemudian hari akan limit atau bagaimana.
Update: Tidak terjadi apa-apa setelah aku menghapus VCC dari akun paypalku. PayPal dapat digunakan normal walau tanpa VCC.
